Permanent

GSR offers three options for permanent placements:

Retained

  • Knowing the insurance industry and its key players enables us to conduct a comprehensive and confidential search targeting the professionals you need.
  • The fee for a retained search is equally divided into three installments and is paid at the beginning, middle, and end of the search process.
  • Retained searches are best suited for executive level positions where there are fewer qualified candidates available.

Contained

  • This arrangement is often used for the highly demanded limited supply professional that is mid-level but the need to fill is immediate.
  • An engagement fee for starting the process is paid on the front end which prioritizes GSR's efforts and demonstrates the sense of urgency to the candidates for making decisions.

Contingency

  • We will work with you to determine your hiring goals and requirements, and then develop a detailed job description based on that information.
  • We will recruit, screen, and refer candidates as they become available until the search is complete.
  • You pay no fee until the position is filled.
  • This service is best suited for positions in the entry to mid-management career level.



Contract

Contract staffing allows you to bring in top-notch professionals for a specific length of time or a specific project to supplement your existing in-house staff. This service gives your business flexibility to tackle new initiatives, accelerate your workflow, and meet project deadlines. GSR and Top Echelon Contracting coordinate their efforts to see to it that you don't have to worry about all the payroll and administrative issues. Contract-to-hire

  • GSR's contract-to-hire option allows you to evaluate a candidate's skill level, technical ability and personality while the employee fills the work gap, providing much-needed results, before you make a permanent employment offer with your company.

1099 Conversions

  • GSR's 1099 employees "independent contractors" that are currently being paid via a 1099 can easily be converted to an employee of Top Echelon Contracting. Many workers are incorrectly classified as independent contractors instead of employees. This creates a variety of legal problems for you. By converting these workers to employees of Top Echelon Contracting, you may be able to reduce your exposure to these problems.

Retiree Re-staffing

  • As baby boomers leave the workforce, so does valuable experience. GSR knows how to tap into the highly experienced pool of talent who could help with a critical project or deadline.
