"We have worked with Mike McDonough and his firm several times, and each time we've been very satisfied with the excellent candidates he has sent us. I'd recommend General Search and Recruitment for two reasons: Mike is skilled at finding candidates that fit our needs precisely, and he is prompt in his screening and selection process. Mike has never sent us a candidate that was not a great fit for the role we needed to fill." - Jon W. DeMoss

  9. What if I accept a position, but then decide it is not for me?

  10. We realize that not every position will be a good fit. Sometimes you do not know that until you have tried the position. If you are on a job and find it is not going to work for you, we will ask that you contact us immediately.
